Short prompts leave Claude guessing. Each of these says the goal, the limits and how to check the result. Copy one, fill in the [brackets], and paste it into Claude.

A second opinion on a review

Please review [the findings]. I got [another reviewer] to run a separate review of [the whole thing]. Go through the list one at a time. In a separate file, copy each item word for word, with its severity. Underneath each, clearly marked, add your commentary: is it a real issue, after you've checked the thing it refers to? If you agree, add "TO BE FIXED [ ]", which will become a checkbox. If you think it shouldn't be fixed, add "NO NEED TO FIX [-]" and tell me about that one. When you're done, tell me how many you think were wrongly reported and, crucially, your reasoning for each.
