Start a clean brief

I want to write a new brief based on [this project], keeping everything very simple and minimal. Make it simple and to the point: no fluff, no waffling, just a clean outline of what it needs to do and how it should feel to use. Keep all the core principles we've agreed, but simplify and streamline them. This will be for [someone new] to pick up and build from. Include notes on the tools, methods and decisions to stick to.
